Michael Moskowitz is the Founder of Training Q and A Consulting, an organization whose mission is assisting clients make the most effective and efficient use of the time, energy and money they devote to training and development efforts.

From 1986 to the present, Michael has taught "Training and Development", a 27 hour core course in the Human Resource Business and Management Certificate Program of University of California San Diego Extension. He has taught Human Resources Management with California State University San Marcos and the University of Phoenix.
